Sightseeing Tours | 11 May 2025




On May 11, 2025, we have prepared four sightseeing tours around Prague, giving participants the chance to discover various historical parts of the city. All tours will be conducted in English, French, and Spanish. Further details regarding the meeting points, exact times, and locations will be announced.


Old Town Tour

Old Town, Including Charles Bridge (4 hours)

This tour offers an in-depth exploration of Prague’s historic Old Town, a UNESCO-listed area known for its stunning medieval architecture and vibrant atmosphere. Strolling through its charming streets, participants will visit key landmarks such as the Astronomical Clock on the Old Town Square, the Gothic Church of Our Lady before Týn, and the stunning Klementinum complex. The highlight of the tour is a walk across the iconic Charles Bridge, which has connected both sides of the Vltava River since the 14th century. With its breathtaking views and impressive Baroque statues, the bridge is one of Prague’s most photographed landmarks.


Jewish Quarter Tour

Old Town and the Jewish Quarter (4 hours)

This tour combines the highlights of Prague’s Old Town with a visit to the historic Jewish Quarter, known as Josefov. Participants will explore the heart of the city, including the Old Town Square, before delving into the rich history and heritage of one of Europe's best-preserved Jewish quarters. The tour includes visits to the famous synagogues, such as the Spanish Synagogue and the Old-New Synagogue, which is the oldest active synagogue in Europe. Guests will also learn about the legacy of Franz Kafka, whose life and work were deeply connected to this area. A stop at the haunting Old Jewish Cemetery, one of the oldest in Europe, provides a moving insight into the history of Prague’s Jewish community.


Malá Strana Tour

Malá Strana – Strahov Library, St. Nicholas Church, and Wallenstein Garden (4 hours)

This tour takes visitors to the picturesque Malá Strana (Lesser Town), a charming district known for its Baroque palaces and stunning views of Prague Castle. The highlight is a visit to the Strahov Library, one of the most beautiful historic libraries in the world, housing rare manuscripts and elaborately decorated halls. Prague Castle Tour

Prague Castle and Surroundings (4 hours)

This tour provides a deep dive into Prague Castle, the largest ancient castle complex in the world and a symbol of Czech history. Visitors will explore its grand courtyards, historic halls, and the breathtaking St. Vitus Cathedral, which houses the tombs of Bohemian kings. The tour also includes a walk through Golden Lane, a charming street lined with tiny colorful houses, once home to castle guards and alchemists. Beyond the castle walls, the tour continues through Hradčany, the Castle District, with stops at the Archbishop’s Palace and the serene Loreta pilgrimage site.
